• The Main Hall can be hired for private functions and events, by individuals or groups for £35 per hour for 2012


  • 150 sets of cutlery and white crockery may be hired for your function for an additional total cost of £30


  • The Ridgeway Room which can be hired separately or with the Main Hall at £7 per hour in 2012


  • A security deposit of £100 is required once you receive your invoice to secure your booking. This will be returned approximately 7-10 days after your event provided no breakages or losses are incurred and the hall is left clean and tidy after your function.


  • Invoices are issued within approximately 1-2 months of your booking.


  • The total payment fee for your event needs to be received by the Lettings Secretary at least 15 days prior to your booked date if paying my cheque, otherwise your booking may not go ahead.

  • Late cancellations fees will be charged
