RULES FOR PRIVATE HIRE BOOKING
Hirers are to provide a User Event Information Form before a booking is accepted. Full terms and conditions to please read, sign and return copy. Click here to view. Hirers must book the hall for start and end to allow for set up and close leaving car park within fifteen minutes to avoid congestion.
All the facilities in the hall are provided at no additional charge.
All events must finish by 23.00 and car park vacated by 23.30. Group and party events must finish by 18.30 on a Sunday and car park vacated by 19.00.
There is an entertainment licence for singing dancing and music. Alcohol may be brought into the premises but if sold permission and a Temporary Events Licence must be obtained to run any bar facility via a licence holder or by application to the Licencing Magistrates.
All electrical equipment should have a PAT test.
USE OF THE HALL
KEYS The Booking Secretary will provide location and access code for the key safe. Detail use of keys will be explained for operation on the day. A committee member may greet the hirer if available.
OUTLINE All facilities are available for hirers in accordance with terms and conditions. See Facilities details. Kitchen and all equipment, toilets, cleaning materials in cupboard off lobby. Maximum 100 chairs and 30 GoPak tables for Hall Maximum 22 chairs or 16 chairs and four tables in the Ridgway Room. Notices giving instructions for use of facilities are displayed in the hall. Fire Exits must be kept clear.
